WSTA is comprised of dedicated centers bringing forth knowledge and experience. We are dedicated to the education of all telephone service representatives.
Times are different from the past. There are fewer answering services. Fewer abilities to share experiences, keep up on technology and teach or learn new ways of thinking. At WSTA we are here to help your staff become more informed. We are the association for your employees. Whether you have issues with retention of employees or clients, WSTA is here to help through seminars, communication and sharing of ideas, issues and experiences.
Our moto: Come to Learn, Stay to Teach was created with the goal that we all have unique experiences and techniques to share, learn from and educate each other.

Marla Davis
President
Ms. Davis has been in the telephone answering service industry for over 21 years. As co-owner, Marla has juggled raising 6 children along with her husband, all the while growing MedConnectUSA to being the experts in the medical answering services. Marla also has created the highly received and recommended teaching series for agents and operators called The Caller Chaos®

Stacy Krems Polinsky
Secretary
Stacy Krems Polinsky is President of Tel-Us Call Center in Los Angeles, California. After many years of working in every aspect of the business, she took over the role of President in 1998 and has been managing and leading her team ever since. Of all the various “hats” she wears in her office, Stacy most enjoys working with customers to create services and solutions that help them succeed in their own businesses. She has been married to her husband David for over 30 years and is the proud mother to two amazing young adults, Sammy who is now in Medical School at UCSD and Jake who is an Operations Analyst in Healthcare Administration, on his way to attend Business School in the future. She has two Australian Shepards, one aged 12.5 years and a new puppy only 14 months old. For fun, she loves hiking with the dogs, travelling and reading great books.


Bobby Bennet
Vendor Representative
Bobby joined Startel in 2015. He began his career in the TAS and Call Center industry in 1993 and quickly became recognized in the industry as a leader in consultative sales and client relationship building. Trusted for 27 years, Bobby continues to merit the confidence of his clients through interpersonal communications and nurturing life-time friendships. Bobby is responsible for developing new system sales nationwide. He spent his previous 15 years as a Regional Sales Manager at a competing call center software company. Startel’s innovative approach to developing state of the art solutions, comprehensive software features and inclusions and five-star service were the motivating factors that drew Bobby to Startel.
When not working, Bobby enjoys spending time with his 7 grandchildren, playing music and serving his community as a volunteer Reserve Sheriff Deputy.
Kurt Duncan
WSTA representative to ATSI
Kurt has been in the industry for over 37 years. Starting as an agent, Kurt seized the opportunity start his own service. Along side his charming, strong, sometimes bull headed wife, Kurt has managed to create a corporation built on the principle of fairness, excellence and professionalism second to none.
Moving forward in life, Kurt enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Jax and Boris. Sometimes his wife as well.


Edmond Cariolagian
Edmond Cariolagian is the Chief Operating Officer of Global Messaging Network, a 24 Hour Live Receptionist and Answering Service located in Los Angeles, California. Over the last 25 years, he’s mastered the art of Streamlining Operational SOP’s and Automating Time Consuming and Inefficient Processes, that once applied, have saved Global Messaging Network thousands of dollars in labor costs each year. Edmond works hard, plays hard, and enjoys vacationing with his family each year. Edmond loves helping people and solving problems in business and personal life, and that is what he looks forward to each and every day with passion, excitement and a positive “can do” attitude.
Shamess Twardy
Director
As the General Manager and Co-Owner of Excel Telemessaging, Shamess has been dedicated to the Answering Service industry since 1997. He has been successful in building an Answering Service from the ground up, as well as re-building and growing Excel Telemessaging. Shamess also served five years as the COO of Startel Corporation, leading the operations, technical support, and field service teams.
